Q1 How to check warranty of this power supply?

KS: Warranty period are defined in specifications. Please check official website specification for more details or contact your sales representative.

Q2 When a problem occurred or defected, how to get support?

KS: Please check with your original sale channel for best support. Alternatively, please send your information to ZH representative or offices for further check.

KS: For our existing model items. nomaly we do not have strict MOQ, samples or orders is available. Our sample lead time is about 2-3 workdays, our production lead time is about 15 workdays, which also based on the order quantity.

Q2 How can l get a sample to check the quality?

KS: Please just forward me the sample order specs (include the exact item number, preferred colors, sample quantity), then I will make the sample PI for your approval, after received your payment through Paypal, I will send out the sample to you.

Q3 When can l get the prices?

KS: Within 12 hours after we received your inquiries.

Q4 What's the payment terms you accept?

KS: Our payment term: T/T(30% prepaid, 70% balance before shipment), for small batch orders, normally we accept PayPal, for bulk order we have HK bank account or Western Union account.

Q5 How to the shipping?

KS: For sample dispatch, we normally send through International Courier door to door(such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.), for batch order, we normally ship by air or by sea, based on clients requirement. we will offer the most reasonable way for our clients.
